Somewhat early start. Post office to pick up order of Pocket Muse and The Secret Garden, Walmart, Michaels, Target, hunting for poster frames and house supplies, Office Depot, settling for colored binder clips to hang movie posters around home. 3:30pmish, lounging around house, cleaning up a bit, went downtown for dinner. Lovely night out with a great guy. The wind today was the harshest it has been since last Fall - not surprised at all, I simply forgot it was that time of the year again. The power was out in a three/four block radius downtown - we ate dinner as the sun was getting low in the sky, left just before sunset. I wonder what the restaurant did once the sun went down - did they close up shop? Hmmm...
This woman and her male companion were the only two having drinks on the restaurants back patio along the water. She was crying, the man consoling her. They ended up sharing a bit of laughter after awhile, and I was too into watching to think of it until Morgan yelled, "Get a photo!"
What a great inspiration! lol

In the Lessons I Have Already Learned Countless Times But Consistently Pretend to Forget file, goes another copy of the lesson that one should not spend a sickening amount of money on art supplies unless they have some guarantee that they will be able to pull off and push through the process of creating.
Last night I bought supplies to make a chalkboard. That's right, a chalk board. I was just sitting in my living room and decided that having one around would make living much easier for Morgan and I. How does it look now? Looks pretty good! We'll see how much we actually use this thing.
