Bite of Seattle!
Bite of Seattle is an annual event held at Seattle Center where restaurants from all over the state take their show on the road to provide us with their yumminess in a convenient meeting place.
Today's photo would be pretty lackluster if it weren't for all those rainbow sprinkles! I'm a sucker for sprinkles, again proven by that fact that this ice cream was like watery slush and I made do with eating most of the sprinkles off of it before throwing it to the crows. They don't even have much taste...
I went two years ago to the Bite and it was great. Finally made it back this year, spent more, and definitely tried more food. Bao, elephant ears, ribs with "Devil's Spit." Ohhhhhhhhhh. Nutella crepes, Jamaican jerk chicken, Mediterranean lamb kebabs, young coconut milk. Now I just have to wait until the Bite of Bellingham. ;D
his backpack was full of juice - NEAT!
