022

The painted brick building is so old, it would slide over without the help of the two around it. I wonder what once stood where I was when I took this. Considering this town's history, I'm betting it was a brothel!

I'm completely in love with this photo. I've always been fascinated with buildings that seemed to have a face, or buildings that have been closed off yet the remodeler left a faint outline of the openings that once existed. When I see doors floating above ground level like that, I always imagine that it used to be a deck off someone's bedroom, or a neat entry to a quaint 30's brownstone. :-)

To say the least... beautifully done. The subject matter, depth and coloring are all intriguing on their own, but to find all three in one photo is rare. Kudos!
